Abstract
The objective of this study is to examine the effects of sildenafil citrate on phosphodiesterase5 inhibition in a rat model of bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis. This research focuses on understanding the implications of sildenafil citrate administration and its potential therapeutic benefits for lung conditions. Bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis in rats presents a unique opportunity to investigate the effects of phosphodiesterase5 inhibitors, offering insights into potential applications for treating similar human conditions.
